Walter Dix & Co one of the longest established and well known AGA and Range cooker specialists in the country. Their showroom based at Team Valley, Gateshead is the home of a large selection of top quality range cookers which are set up in kitchen settings to enable cookery demonstrations and specialist cookery events.
The Walter Dix company is synonymous with quality and luxury and our job was to create a website that reflected this; a modern and dynamic online retail store that would provide customers with an exceptional online shopping experience using safe and secure e-Commerce software.
The site needed to be highly intuitive and easy to use, the site had to be developed to ensure that it was highly search engine friendly and reach its full potential in major search engine rankings.
We installed Umbraco as the Content Management System which meant there were no design restrictions so it was easy to achieve the luxury look and feel of Water Dix. The site is packed with features to deliver the business sales and lead generation objectives from full social media, sign up for newsletters and events and full range of online marketing tools to best promote their products.
The results led to a significant increase in the volume of traffic, sales and generation of leads.
