Retox Digital is a successful digital agency based just two miles from Newcastle Airport on the Blagdon Hall Estate, near Seaton Burn. Whilst our office is the perfect rural setting it is just off the A19 and A1 Seaton Burn roundabout so it’s perfect for an easy commute. We are a team of experienced professionals who love all things digital and thrive on our diverse portfolio of clients and projects. We work for some of the region's most well know companies and brands helping them to achieve their sales and marketing objectives online. To expand our Team, we are now looking for a Word Press Designer/Developer with experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, to join the team. Anyone with Full Stack skills would be at a real advantage. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver having great attention to detail. You will love to be challenged and be continuously improving on your skills.
Skills and experience:
Proficient with using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
Participate in entire application lifecycle.
Develop code which will be integrated into Content Management Systems.
Previous commercial experience working as a Full Stack Developer in a team / agency environment would be advantageous.
It would be an advantage if you have skills with:
React or Vue, GitHub, SASS & Gulp.
Umbraco (training would be provided).
Work individually and collaborate with the team to produce high quality, impactful user experiences.
Experience with PHP.
Experience of working with source control systems (Git, SVN, Azure Devops)
Experience with React or Angular desirable
You must be UK based and required to work from the office for at least 2 days per week.
