We are looking for an Account/Social Media Executive to join our busy team.
Retox Digital is a successful digital agency based just two miles from Newcastle Airport on the Blagdon Hall Estate, near Seaton Burn. Whilst our office is the perfect rural setting it is just off the A19 and A1 Seaton Burn roundabout so it’s perfect for an easy commute.
We are a team of experienced professionals who love all things digital and thrive on our diverse portfolio of clients and projects. We work for some of the region's most well know companies and brands helping them to achieve their sales and marketing objectives online.
As an Account Executive, you will be handling some of our existing client accounts, understanding their business and identifying commercial opportunities. You will support our Agency director in the day-to-day management of clients and other tasks as well as helping with the retention and growth of our products and services.
You will be an outgoing team player with strong written and verbal communications skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience, ideally in the digital industry or perhaps have completed a digital apprenticeship.
Your role will involve managing social media accounts, creating posts and putting strategies in place to achieve their social media goals. You must be creative and have a good understanding of how to build and convert digital audiences.
This is a varied digital role where everyday is different so you will get the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients, helping them with their website content, digital marketing, social media and other creative marketing work.
You will work as part of a small friendly team and can be either office based full time or if you prefer split your working week between office and home working. We are looking for someone who is a team player and self starter who is confident and ambitious. The role needs someone who is both organised and creative. An average day will include creating and posting on social media, taking client calls and briefs and working alongside website designers and developers on a range of different projects and brands.
