The Croft Hotel is the latest hotel we have designed and developed a website for. The client required a website that reflected the total upgrading and refurbishment of the hotel and its facilities and repositioned this country house hotel within its extremely competitive market place.
Retox Digital developed the brand identity for this hotel, which was a new acquisition by an existing client. We knew the importance of giving this client control over their content as their marketing strategy demands that they can react quickly to the market, launch new events, offers and manage a busy promotions schedule.
The brand was developed first and then the website was designed to sit on an Umbraco content management platform which the client was already familiar with from an early project we completed for them.
The content management system gives the hotel staff a really simple and easy to use interface for adding content and managing their site. As well as being able to add, amend and delete content the hotel can publish news items, blog, receive and manage enquiries, promote events and take booking reservations via a third party booking system which we integrated in to the site.
