I’d like to share with you a long standing client of ours who we have worked with for many years on both their on and off line Employer Brand and Staff Engagement

Communications in any large organisation are essential and Q Hotels where keen to make sure that they developed a strong brand identity internally as well as externally.
 
We developed a number of different strategies that would engage and interact with staff in a digital space as well as deploying more traditional marketing communications.
 
We developed a fully responsive staff intranet/extranet for the group where all staff can now access all the information they need about Q Hotels on a broad range of devices including mobile phones.
 
The site has its own comprehensive content management system where all the different departments and hotels within the group upload content.   The site features everything from policies and procedures to social events, awards, ideas, reward schemes and news.
 
The site is supported by a suite of highly creative marketing and exhibition material which focuses on Q Hotel employees and the difference they make to the overall success of the group.

We worked across all digital media with Q Hotels from brand concepts, photography and filming through to devising employee engagement and recruitment strategies and the design and development of their intranet solution, content management and e-recruitment system.
